Unfortunately, this led to a trade in carbon footprints where, where the smallest perpetrators could sell their merit to the biggest polluters, allowing them to carry on with business as usual.
The introduction of COLLECTIVE CARBON FOOTPRINT REDUCTION has the intention of incentivizing carbon reduction because it gives better business opportunities. This is only possible through the implementation of CCSR and CIPR for the benefit of CDC

Common Denominator Causes. As eloquently presented by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in their attempt to harmonize Carbon Emission mitigation in the Real Estate Industry, common ground is essential when looking for common solutions to a common threat.
Unfortunately, we live in a world where our immediate reality gives us many different perspectives on what our foundations are. Having said that, we fortunately live in a world where we are aware of this obvious fact.
It is not human intelligence that is lacking or at fault. It's not a question of improving people. People are inherently good creatures, who wish each other and the animals they share the planet with well.
What is lacking is a system that addresses how systems, class, business, status, geography, demography, culture, Religion, race, etc can be appreciated for the common ground they constitute.
We therefore introduce a culture of defining causes that have common denominators from local to global. Collectively all the CDs in the world amount to CCSR.

Corporations make huge profits. But not without our help. You could call us consumers or you could call us investors. It is the same mechanism for two different cultures with two different outcomes and consequences.
At the extremes we have Big Tech making huge profits by the second and African child mine workers collecting the coltan for billions of electronic devices.
The children live in abject poverty, with no health insurance, and their lives are subject to consistent Human Rights violations. We are in between making mediocre incomes while contributing to the greatest profits and suffering in history.
Through CCSR, as both consumers and investors, we have the power to bring about economic justice, responsible wealth distribution, and sustainable industrial practices.
