I pray that this letter finds you in the best of health and with best of intentions and plans for the Jamaican people. Since the age of 18 when I moved from Denmark to London, Jamaicans have played very important roles in my life. It is therefore an honour and privilege to address the chosen leader of this magnificent people.

This letter, may differ in wording and cadence from others written to Heads of State, but its core message is one and the same. It is simply an exhortation to consider the benefits of Land Value Taxation and the principles that underpin it.

Those principles can be comprehensively transposed onto plaforms for public participation and thereby intensify the velocity of exchange within the quantity theory of money supply.

The combination of Land Value Taxation and the intensification of velocity of exchange through deliberate public participation is the essence of CCSR, Comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility. CCSR is a method and a product and has the ability to bring resolution where any economy is faced with adversity, constraints and conflict. I am the innovator of CCSR but only in the capacity of connecting dots of amazing innovations by others. Therefore I am certain that the ideas I will present globally will resonate with Billions who are dedicated to achieving an overall improved standard of life

CCSR will expand the country's tax base and increase foreign investment interest. This will happen through a combination of engineering, harmonization and extrapolations of dynamics. Most importantly though, is the moral and ethical augmentation to social contract brought by the principle that Corporate Social Responsibility should be defined by external authorities and not by corporations themselves. The same rules that apply to tax auditing, apply to CSR, which by all definitions is a type of tax. CCSR allows the people to play a fiscal role beyond consumption. It gives them the privilege of economic self determination, and rewards them beyond remuneration for labour. The long term benefit of this dynamic is a steady decrease in crime and thereby govt spending on fighting crime.

In response to your magnificent achievement of getting REGGAE included on the UNESCO List of intangible Heritage of Humanity, this letter takes this opportunity to commend you and our team. It is in my view, a significant move in terms of acknowledgement, legitimacy, leverage and commercial strategy. Please find on this website the various initiatives that would greatly benefit from the platform you have successfully bequeathed our beloved genre.

NEXT STOP KINGSTON is one of many socio-economic strategies, I have innovated, and Im excited to share it with all Jamaicans. Through this platform, I make myself available to assist with every conceivable collaboration between Jamaica and Denmark, specifically Trenchtown and Christiania. The reason for this is two fold

1. The focus on these two communities is a deliberate acknowledgement of alternative thought that challenges the establishment. There is a lot of interesting history in both.The evolution of Reggae and the establishment of Christiania resonate with the UNESCO description of the genre.

2. By recognising the key figures responsible for starting positive movements, we are able to to emulate their examples and adapt them to current strategies. Although we all understand the significance of ONE LOVE and the many similiarities in our human stories it is always energising to stumble upon, details,anectdotes and such that affirm our unique but common journeys.

In light of the two points above, this letter would like to recognise the role played by Sister Ignatius at the Alpha School For Boys, The Skatalites and various producers such as Duke Reid, and Sir Coxsone Dodd. The artists always get attention but my main interest is the business, social, philosophical, entrepreneural visionaries who make a way out of no way.

Also contributing to the growth of this dynamic, were the bridge building forces like Chris Blackwell, who took an instinctive chance on Ernest Ranglin, in much the same way that he later took on the Wailers. Anthropology is always relevant and therefore the work of the young Edward Seaga is significant. As you can tell, and as you already know there is a lot to unpack.

The world has only felt the tip of the iceberg of what Jamaica can unlock. Just like in Dancehall culture, when the song is great it calls for a rewind. NEXT STOP KINGSTON is a genuine attempt to eliminate the risk of babies being thrown out with the bathwater, for whatever reason. Christiania, being a platform that allowed Danes to take a closer look at their values..or lack of same, qualifies as unique sparring partner for Reggae in terms of socio-economic relevance globally

On the Danish side of the second point of this letter, I present to you as I do to the rest of the world, 7 Danish luminaries, whose work forms the intellectual underpinning for all my projects. Ole Rømer, who first calculated the speed of light, H Ørsted who discovered electro magnetism, HC Chrsitian who told many a moral tale (One story seems to have a mystic reference to Ethiopia) JS Grundtvig who championed empowerment of the peasants through self education. n, Søren Kirkegård who challenged the status quo through existentialism, Niels Bohr who contributed to splitting the atom, and Viggo Starcke who succefully advocated for the implementation of Land Value Taxation. Another fun fact. the loudspeaker was invented in Denmark so you can tell all sound Systems to come pay tribute here.

The above are to Denmark, what Nanny, Tacky, Bedward, Sharpe and others are to Jamaica. .Only Reggae can build a bridge between them. The Danish reggae bridge has had somme remarkable builders.

Working in obscurity but with great effeciency was Ana Ida the founder of The Opera, a cultural venue in Christiania. On a visit to Miami , as a teenager, she and her friend watched THE HARDER THEY COME. The two girs were so inspired the movie and the music that they immeddiately decided to visit Jamaica. NEXT STOP KINGSTON!

When they returned to Denmark, Reggae was firmly on their agenda. Amongst other things, the energetic Ana Ida established a venue known as THE OPERA. It qualifies as Christianias community stage. There is hardly any Reggae artist in Copenhagen who hasnt graced that stage in ther formative phase. It was one of the first places that Denmarks most famous reggae export Natasja Saad was given a chance to shine.

Through the Jamaican operative SKY JUICE PROMOTION, her style and patwa was schooled to perfection. Alongside Ana Ida, names such as Lyrical D, Coco P, Iyapo and Supa Mike played a fundamental role in her progress. It all paid off and she gained her absolute legitimacy wen she won the .....in Kingston. NEXT STOP KINGSTON Y ALL!!!

Natasja loved jamaica and Jamaica loved her. Unfortunately she died in a car crash just as she was about to conquer the world. This year in August we lost Ana Ida. Since Jacob Millery, we have lost a steady string of reggae luminaries. However the message lives on and the bridges continue to be built. We simply ask you to consider NEXT STOP KINGSTON amonst the many bridges The nam NEXT STOP is borrowed from NEXT STOP NEVADA and NEXT STOP SOVIET which were youth movemnts from the late 1980s and early 90 that attempeted to bring about nuclear non proliferation through culture. Ana Ida was one of those youths and for that we salute her and hope that jamaica will join us in doing so.

By determining the manner, intensity and frequency of the velocity of exchange, we as consumers stand the greatest chance of influencing the quantity theory of money supply . To do so will create the coherence that will activate dynamics that will raise the standard of living for the poorest even as it increases the value of the wealthiest. The most fundammental basis for consensus and thereby coherence is the planet itself. Therefore, environmental responsibility is our top priority.

Investing in this idea is like putting the planet on the stock market. It is diffrent from imposing a Climate Tax on all global transaction. Global climate footprints are least in Africa but climate change has the most devastating effect there. This means that a Global climate tax simply creates a revenue stream, whereas investing in climate creates dynamics which in turn create opportunities.

Combining the ideas of a climate tax, climate invetsment and a mother tax (A Cool Mum Records idea) we arrive at an extrapolation of the LAND VALUE TAX which is a strong argument for COMPREHENSIVE EQUITY, which in turn would be COLLATERAL for LENDING. This brings the BANKS on board, thereby making ALL BANKING ETHICAL from within.

BANKING and REAL ESTATE are inextricably linked and this makes it possible to build platforms that extraploate and transpose dynamics and trends necessary for engaging, harnessing, leveraging and influencing the exponential projections of real estate value. EQUITY is therefore not a matter of DISTRIBUTION of PRODUCTS .Instead It is actually a matter of INCLUSION in PROCESS. ....DZITHANDIZENI....Honour and love to my mother. She never understood what i wanted for her. I would have loved to have her in my class as my fisrt student in CCSR. It would have empowered her immensley. But it seems the narrative of me as a loser was a comfort zone..for her and my siblings. They should all have been in my classroom...including Dad.

MELODY MAKERS. ZIGGY BRIDGE

ZIGGY MARLEY was the first Jamaican, Rastafarian and Reggae Musician I ever met. It happened at MIDTFYNS FESTIVAL (aka RINGE FESTIVAL) in 1988. Through the mystics of JAH, I a normal festival goer with no backstage or special access of ANY kind found myself backstage and face to face with the son of Bob Marley. I aksed for an autograph and he signed my denim jaccket.. JAH LIVE, Ziggy Marley. And that was it. I ran off into the crowd.

Looking back, I see the significance of it with other eyes. The way I made it backstage tells me that JAH or BOB wanted this to happen and that it was the beginning of my adventures on the ZIGGY BRIDGE. Since then MELODY MAKERS has been th soundtrack to my growth as a musician and a project designer/leader.

The mentality and approach of Bob Marleys children and now his grandchildren has been a constant source of inspiration, reminding me of the level of focus and standard necessary to achieve the noble ideals espoused by Reggae and Rastafari. Over the years I have watched thm respond to the needs of communities and the planet as a whole. This is exactly how I am constituted and now it makes sesne that I had a mysrical beginning to my mission by firts of all meeting Ziggy Marley

CEDELLA MARLEY. As the visionary CEO of TUFF GONG ( What is cedellas official position. Cedella would be the go to person, for collaboration with COOL MUM RECORDS. She is a cool mum. Like her Mother. Africa is heavy duty lifting and the stronger the bonds of collaboration between our women the better.

ROHAN MARLEY. Rohan has the raw and honest energy that any project designer would appreciate. I see the ability to brainstorm, conceptualise, implement, take risks, and navigate through chaos.

The Marleys are a special microcosm of global unity and therefor exemplary of future generations. All families, despite their diffrences should have the ability to collaborate with each other and the rest of the world for the greater good of humanity. From 1987 until 2001 I have looked forward to every Ziggy Marley and Melody Makers Album. Even as I work on my project, I keep the sound track going.
